But in advanced economies such as the EU, knowledge, innovation and education are a key drivers of productivity grow.
Knowledge is a critical factor with which Europe can ensure competitiveness in a global world where others compete with cheap labour or primary resources. In the perspective of the Europe 2020 Strategy and in the framework of the European Year for active citizenship, this Grundtvig Learning Partnership aims to strength the links between European educational systems, the labor market and the civil society, for a better integration of young people(16-30 years)in professional and social life,as active European citizens.
The YES project through its objectives, activities and learning process tries to support youth (16-30 years old) from partner countries, inside and outside EU (considering Turkey as a Candidate State) to be better prepared for professional and social life, equipping them with new entrepreneurial knowledge, competencies and skills, developing their creativity and innovation spirit in order to value all the financial and economic opportunities offered by the EU programs for SMEs (including startups).
The project tries to answer to the common needs of partner countries, planning to develop training courses in the field of small business development, meetings with successful young businessmen, business plans competition, conferences, meetings for information on the European labor market.
